A Vision Born From Purpose
Flossie’s Autism Purpose Foundation was created from a deep belief that autism should never limit a young woman’s opportunity to live a purposeful and fulfilling life. The foundation exists to help create pathways where young women can develop practical skills, strengthen their confidence, and discover opportunities that reflect their abilities and aspirations.
Our work is rooted in dignity, inclusion, empowerment, and possibility. We believe that when women are given the right support and meaningful opportunities, they can build futures that are not defined by limitations, but by their strengths and potential.
What We Believe
DIGNITY
We believe every young woman deserves to be recognized for her individuality, treated with respect, and given the freedom to express herself and make choices about her future. Dignity means creating spaces where women with autism feel accepted, heard, supported, and valued, not because of what they can or cannot do, but simply because of who they are.
EMPOWERMENT
